Refund Policy

Last updated: September 10, 2026

This policy applies to the paid Full Fiat & Alfa Romeo VIN Equipment Report available through FiatAlfaVin.com.

1. Product and price

A paid report costs US $4.99 per VIN. It is a one-time digital purchase for one VIN, with no subscription and no recurring billing. The report is delivered electronically, normally immediately or shortly after successful payment.

2. When a refund may apply

Because the product is a digital report generated for a specific VIN, completed purchases are generally non-refundable once the report has been delivered, except where:

  • payment succeeded but the report could not be delivered because of a technical failure;
  • you were charged more than once for the same intended purchase;
  • the purchased service is materially not delivered as described;
  • applicable law gives you a mandatory refund or withdrawal right;
  • Paddle determines a refund is required under its applicable buyer or refund rules.

Nothing in this policy limits or waives mandatory consumer rights.

3. Data availability is not a defect

How much information a report contains varies by VIN, model year, market, and the underlying source record. A report is not considered defective merely because a specific code, option, package, field, MSRP value, or original window sticker is absent from the source record. A report that successfully delivers the available information for the submitted VIN has been delivered as described.

4. Failed or undelivered purchases

If you were charged but did not receive a usable report because of a technical or source-delivery failure, contact us. We will investigate the transaction and, where appropriate, arrange or request a refund through Paddle.

Please include the email address used at checkout, the approximate time of purchase, Paddle receipt or transaction details if you have them, and a short description of the problem.

Do not send complete credit or debit card details by email.

5. Duplicate charges

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same intended purchase, contact Paddle or us with the relevant receipt or transaction details.

6. Incorrect VIN entered by the customer

You are responsible for checking the VIN before completing a purchase. If a report is successfully generated and delivered for the VIN you entered, entering the wrong VIN by mistake does not by itself create a refund entitlement — subject always to applicable law and Paddle’s policies.

7. Mandatory consumer rights

Consumer refund and withdrawal rights differ by country. Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for the transaction and maintains its own refund policy, including country-specific statutory rights. Where applicable law or Paddle’s policy provides greater rights than this policy, those greater rights apply.

8. How to request a refund

Because payments are processed by Paddle, you can request a refund through Paddle’s buyer support and receipt tools. You can also contact us so we can investigate a failed or defective report.

9. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are processed through Paddle to the original payment method where applicable. How long the funds take to appear depends on Paddle, the payment method, the card issuer, and banking networks.

10. Fraud and abuse

Refund requests may be refused where there is evidence of fraud, payment abuse, repeated misuse, or unauthorized access attempts — subject always to applicable law and Paddle’s policies.
