Code 7WC is present on my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee, with the description “Eveready Battery Co. This code identifies factory electrical, battery, charging, or power-supply equipment” The visible equipment does not match what I expected. Has anyone run into a similar mismatch?

That code should be read as a factory configuration identifier, not necessarily a guarantee of a separate dashboard control. Some equipment operates automatically or is bundled with another system.
